Article 2 (Effect and Amendment)

These Terms become effective when published on the Vovigames website.

The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Matters not covered herein are subject to relevant laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Definitions)

Key terms:

Member: A registered user with an assigned "ID"
ID: A unique identifier for service access
Password: A confidential code for account security
Suspension: Temporary restriction of service rights
Cancellation: Termination of the service agreement

Chapter 2: Service Agreement

Article 5 (Contract Formation)

The service agreement is formed when an applicant agrees to these Terms and the Company approves the application.

Users under 14 must obtain parental consent.

Article 6 (Application)

Applicants must provide required personal information.

Article 7 (Approval)

The Company reserves the right to deny applications that are fraudulent, unlawful, or violate these Terms.

Chapter 3: Obligations

The Company will strive to provide stable service and protect Members' personal information.

Article 9 (Member's Duties)

Members are responsible for safeguarding their ID and password and must not:

Use another's ID or password

Post infringing, abusive, or unlawful content

Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes

Chapter 4: Service Use

Article 10 (Service Scope)

Members may access services using their registered ID.

Article 11 (Content Removal)

The Company may remove content that is defamatory, unlawful, or infringing without prior notice.

Article 12 (Service Availability)

Service is offered 24/7 barring technical or unavoidable issues.

Chapter 5: Termination

Article 13 (Termination)

Members may cancel their subscription online. The Company may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Chapter 6: Liability

Article 14 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or events beyond its control. The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from free services.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the district of the Company's head office.

Effective Date

These Terms and Conditions take effect on October 21, 2025.
